Very nice Hotel, excellent service and real good care for their guests. They make you feel at home and give you a professional but human treatment. Beautiful Hotel, clean rooms and bathroom. Nice balcony, good Parking and good restaurant. Breakfast is good and again service is very good. First day i arived I didn't feel very well, warm and caring employees helpt with Tea on the bed and advise for doctor if things get worse. I recovered soon and enjoyed my stay.
Very nice place! The location is wonderful, the rooms are well equipped and the parking space right in front of the hotel. We had a wonderful time there!
We had a great stay! The rooms are beautiful, clean, tidy and warm. Breakfast was delicious and rich. There are many restaurants and shops around.
The hotel is very clean, comfortable and offers good services. The breakfast has a variety of fresh foods and good tastes. The relaxing massage is worthy. For Valentine's Day the staff prepared a special party and arranged our room with romantic details. It was a special and pleasant stay!
Although it is a little far from the ski slope, it is still located in the middle of the city, which is close to the other attractions like luxury restaurants and historic monuments. The rooms are diverse, from small ones for 1 or 2 persons to big ones for a big family with children. The amenity is not very good though, the blanket is too small and the pillows are too thin. The room-service is active and at your request at any time. The food is mostly good, some desserts were rather unpleasant. Relaxing spa and massaging services. Big parking lot. Overall, it is a good place to stay on a trip, especially in the winter.
Excellent location and clean rooms with good service
Good: had a nice stay; hotel is close to the train station, got a nice reception, clean room; separate living area with couch, flat large screen TV's with good amount of channels, coffee table;large bed; check in was fast; lots of choices for breakfast. Can improve on: couldn't set the room temperature. It wasn't cold, but it would've been nice. Had some troubles with the door card, I think because they didn't set the checkout day right, the receptionist asked us when are we checking out so she could reset it. In the evening there was a bad drainage smell at the entry hall. The light from the hall when you enter the room was not turning on.
Amazing service and the kindest employees ever. Beautiful view with a convenient location.
